We had the perfect long weekend get away for 2! The beach wasn’t crowded in April, but still walkable distance to grab a drink on the beach at Pineapple Willy’s! They provide beach chairs which is super convenient!

We stayed at Top of the Gulf in a small condo unit. It was clean, location was great, and easy instructions to check in and out. We had an issue with a wobbly bed which we messaged about and ended up just using an Allen wrench to tighten up the loose leg although they respond they would absolutely come and fix it so the response was quick and readily available. The only issue was that beach chair service was listed as an amenity and when we went to use it, we were told it was not, a little disappointed but we made do. Overall a great experience and we would stay again.

Upon check in I always inspect the property and take pictures of previous damage and any little things I find. The door knobs are way outdated and do not lock, the ac filter looks like it had not been changed in years, you can see visible cracks in the ceiling and the molding along with some mold in the bathroom and living room area, only 2 of the 4 eyes on the stove worked, the oven smoked like crazy, the previous tenants left a clump of food in the dishwasher and it smelt horrible, the stove hood fan did not work either. The place really needs to be updated it has really Old fixtures and a horrible smell. Also, we were no told that there was construction going on during this time so we had ropes hanging from the balconies and 1 pool was totally closed due to the construction. Issues were discussed with the host and they did do what they could to make it right. Overall we had fun but the room needs work and needs to be updated.

This condo was great. The views from the 5th floor were amazing and the rooms view was also just immaculate! It was very clean, not a speck of dirt or dust😁. Everything was in order and working properly. After being out and about all day we were always so excited to get back to the condo to relax!We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I halfway expected the pictured view to be some trick of perspective but I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the beach just below. The unit itself appears to be freshly remodeled and was just as shown. The beach was absolutely beautiful and only a few steps away. This was a perfect space for a weekend trip!

As we walked in the place looked perfect! Me and my Fiancé had stayed here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and has a blast! He proposed on the very beach the rental has to offer us!! I would very much recommend this place for a couples stay!! The place felt right as home and we completed a fun puzzle and played some games during our stay, plenty of amenities to do around us and quite a lovely time on the beach!!

This condo is an absolute gem and is meticulously designed and decorated. The bedroom has a king bed and day bed. The common areas have a day bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Large dual waterfall shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Living room lighting gives a luxury feel with a fireplace and TV.

The place was very beautiful, and I loved the Airbnb. The views from the balcony were amazing, even though I wasn’t able to use it because of the construction. I was told about the construction beforehand, so that wasn’t a surprise, but it was still a little disappointing. Unfortunately, the pools, tiki bar, and food area were also closed due to the construction. However, the place itself was exactly as described. The security staff was very helpful—they brought my bags upstairs on a luggage cart and also helped take them back to my car when I left. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully the construction will be finished next time because I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. 😊

This Airbnb was very beautiful and it does look exactly like the pictures ! It has a beautiful overlook of the ocean from the balcony and my boyfriend and I were very satisfied with the responsiveness of our host and the cleanliness of our room. I would say that this specific location threw me off a little bit because there is a gentleman’s club across the street and it is not discreet advertising due to bill boards (eye sore)… we also found a syringe/needle in the parking lot of the summit but that was not a make or break for how well our stay went it. The building itself is older but the Airbnb made you feel better about it once you step inside. Some cons -In the listing it states there are kids toys and scuba gear but in reality you are just provided 2 old beach chairs and a small umbrella. The shower only provides 5 minutes of hot water if both shower heads are on, and the bathroom sink did not drain water. Pros - beautiful view, great presentation in the Airbnb, nice pool area!

Beautifully decorated condo, comfortable place to stay and perfect location if you are looking to be right on the beach! Condo was bright and spacious -looks exactly like the interior photos! Lots of dishes, cups, silverware. Lots of bath towels which were plush. Linens were very comfortable as well as pillows. Pool area was nice, a bit crowded but nice. You can walk right to the beach from the pool area which was exactly why at we wanted. Every time we came down to the pool area (we didn't use the pool, just had to walk past to access the beach) it always smelled of marijuana. Hope the association can put a stop to usage around certain areas since there are a lot of families and small kids around. Fitness center not good but nothing the host can do since it is taken care of by the condo association. Grilling area be sure to bring own charcoal and grilling items to get it going and any kind of aluminum pans to carry food up and down from your condo/unit. Overall beautiful!!
